Ag's are labeled
Slider 1 for motors
Switch the ag's (1 at a time) to activate the different motors
This system works fine in normal speed but i'd suggest using slow speed for smoother running
All gears can spin, but due to gear ratios, the torque and rpm change

Sometimes the gears jam (overlap), in that situation just wiggle it back and forth a bit
