SpaceX Starship (Orbital Variation)

SpaceX's Starship is now very much an orbital vehicle, with a full array of heat tiles on it's belly!

Wiring and plumbing has been added to the leeward side, while the windward now has (admittedly sloppily done) heat tiles surrounding it. The only thing this lacks now is a SuperHeavy booster, which is...still a work in progress.

With any luck, the full stack should be up for download later this week, but don't hold me to anything. Still comes complete with sea level Raptors and Vactors both, so in theory this could make orbit.

Oh, something I forgot to mention previously: this is the tanker version. I am hoping to make a cargo version, but that won't be out for a while still, as I'm still debating on how to accomplish the fairing. I do have some ideas, we'll see which one pans out.

I also do intend to do a crew version, but that'll take longer. Not necessarily due to difficulty, but because I feel like a cargo version is more important (and fun to try) at the moment.

Anyway, the activation groups:
AG1: Forward elonerons
AG2: Aft elonerons
AG3: Vactors (Ignition/shutoff)
AG4: Sea-level Raptors (ignition/shutoff)
Slider 1: Forward Elonerons
Slider 2: Aft elonerons

I'll be uploading the suborbital variation, as well, a few minutes after this one. The only changes to that being no heat tiling (I could have gone for some, but I didn't want to try to imitate a specific Starship), and no Vactors.

The sea-level Raptors on that one will be on separate activation groups rather than one, for simplicity on ascent.
