Once its landed throttle up a little bit and stage. The top will fly off and you'll be left with the rover.

I’m sorry. I’ll try to have more Delta v in any crafts I make in the future. It is possible to get the rover to Luna with this rocket, but it’s very tight. Sorry. @Foxman21
