Designed to get cubesats into orbit (still working on a smaller version) and deploy said cubesats around Smearth. The CubeSats for some reason dont work with the RCS stuff??
Also the bottom stage is landable if you want to go for it.
Edit: If anyone can find out why my cubesats dont have RCS control that would be amazing.

The RCSs are turned off by default, look at the part properties and set the AG to none
