Hello and thanks for checking out my post! This is my first post here. This is the first rocket of the Neptune series, which I have created. It is a heavy duty rocket using methalox for the two rocket stages, and something else in the fairing. This rocket, despite its size, is super agile and swift. I would reccomend takeoff throttle 80~85% with the payload in there right now, but I would make it higher if you put in heavy things into the fairing.
