The Titan IVB was a space launch vehicle operated by the US Air Force from 1997-2005. It was derived from the Titan IVA. The Titan IVB was a four-stage vehicle. Its first stage used one LR87-11A engine. The second stage used one LR91 engine. The third stage was a Centaur and it used two RL10 engines. Also, two SRMU boosters were attached to the sides of the first stage. They were often reffered to as “Stage 0”. The fairing was mounted on top of the second stage, and the Centaur sat inside the fairing. The Titan IVB was a part of the Titan Rocket Family, which consisted of the Titan I, Titan II, Titan II SLV, Titan II GLV, Titan IIIA, Titan IIIB Agena, Titan IIIB Ascent Agena, Titan IIIC, Titan IIID, Titan IIIE, Titan IVA, and Titan IVB.
