@SR2Kyle the booster shouldnt be above 15% fuel when your trying to make it stand on them, also they should be activated above the ground so they have time to deploy before you hit the ground. If both of these factors are true and it still wont stand... well shit i mean this craft is 3 months old and i should make a updated one.
