The Spektr-UF was to become the third in a series of orbital telescopes developed in the post-Soviet Russia. Also known as World Space Observatory Ultraviolet, WSO-UV, the satellite was designed to see the sky in ultraviolet and visible light.
The launch vehicle has changed several times, and Proton-M / Briz-M is one of them, in 2014.This vehicle is only a simulation of the 2014 launch plan, and it is also a mobile friendly design.
