Auto Credit Based on HeartFoam's APLV R.125

The last version worked, it was very cheap and flew very far.

Nevertheless, it is a bad rocket. As a tool for a job... it isn't fit for many jobs. The ratio of 1st stage to 2nd stage was around 4:1. The rocket math wasn't mathing. It worked for payloads 4t-10t, that can blunt the power of the booster, but those payloads don't exist that fit in a fairing this size. It wasn't suited to small payloads either, because the booster was overpowered and would fly too far and re-enter too fast and burn up.

So this fixes the fatal flaw of the booster being overpowered. Even with the lightest payload, mach 8.5 re-entry, the booster remains within the capabilities of the heat shielding. It's all so beautifully engineered now.

The gimmick legs are gone. SRBs have been optimised slightly. Cost is down to $3.5m. Yes, there's some headroom to expand the SRBs before goblin heat death, but it's not going to add much value.
