Have you enjoyed the other tanks I made? Not? Well here is something you will enjoy! Pitch is used to change gun pitch. Yaw is used to turn turret. Be sure that you don't get to happy because you might crash. Next stage is used for bullet.

NOTE: NO TINKER PANEL IS USED!!!
Only tinker panel is used for bullet

i like this tank . i like the way the the design is more complex and also how you can turn the turret . the only thing i would change is how the bullet works . you said that was only thing that uses tinker panel on the tank i would use a interstate and use the impulse grain type on a solid rocket engine on the back and you can also have the same effect as the spent cartage coming out by having a side interstate connected to the back of that . this would mean that the bullet would travel several KM and also possibly use no tinker panel. i have an example of this in one of my posts i will make sure to tag you in it in a minute . but at the end of the day this is a great tank . and keep up the great work
