I noticed while looking around on the site that there are few Japanese rockets that have been posted, so I decided to make some.
The H-II was developed by NASDA in the 1990s to replace the H-I which was basically a domestically manufactured Delta rocket. The H-IIA was a follow up in the early 2000s that significantly improved reliability and lowered costs. This specific model is an H-IIA 2020 this is the standard series core and upper stage powered by hydrolox with two SRB-A booster.

This rocket is somewhat prone to tipping so be careful on the gravity turn

But continue working on the Inertial Upper Stage. Once you sent it, you can update your Inertial Upper Stage if you need to.

It can be used for my HTV for the ISS. I will download it months later because the ISS series of mine wasn't starting yet.
