Auto Credit Based on GeoSphericalAerospace's Epsilon ITS Starship

This is a deep space explorer and lander with heavily tinkered ion engines. I have several credits to acknowledge for this:
- @GeosphericalAerospace for the Epsilon ITS starship
- @Keyan for the deep space drive
- @CanadaDucK for the docking port
- @zeozik and @WaterDropV as I only play in their RSS (I am on mobile)
I hope the above does not violate rules of the forum otherwise I will cancel this and apologize with above users (I am new in the game). Please copy and improve it if you wish so.

Mission profile
I fly with 1st stage engines to MEO (6’000km) circularize and incline orbit as per target planet/moon, which I lock. I then switch on the Deep Space drive through AG and when velocity and target are more or less aligned I fire the two engines for some minutes. When close to target I retro-burn till almost zero velocity. Then lock again target burn and retro-burn till I am in orbit: I managed with only manual commands to get into Mars orbit in less than one day. I finally switch off the Deep Space drive and perform orbital manoveurs with only 1st stage engine. When landing on planets with atmosphere I set picth to 30 degrees and keep always vertical velocity higher than -2km/s on Earth and finally I always glide a bit towards my target. I use landing lights to understand with 90 degrees pitch where I land with the appropriate AG.

Help needed
1- I have a very rough manual way of flying to other planets: is there any options to automate with Vizzy?
2- is there any way to improve precision of burns (my gizmo is set to20%) as I usually miss my target by sveral hundreds of thousands ok km?
3- Any way to automate landing procedures?
4- Any idea about how to solve known problems below?
5- How to load stuff in the cargo bay and deploy in orbit or another planet?

Known problems
1- Whenyou switch on Deep Space Drive with AG do not use time warp beyond 2x otherwise ship starts spinning without control
2- Sometimes RCS interfers with burning point setting and orbit stability
3- On earth sometimes ships tend to roll 2 or 3 deg while rolling
