VOS - "WATCHING THE CLOUDS"
A fictional telescope with the goal of studying Vazur's clouds in order to find things. VOS is equipped with a decent lense, 8 RCS omnidirectional nozzles, a gyroscope, a single static solar panel and 2 stowable solar panels. It isn't realistic in any manner, but it's still usable in-game. It can also be docked to other crafts, in order to move its orbit without wasting the relatively low onboard supply of monopropellant.
