HoverCore Flight Control System Operation Manual
System Overview
This is a flight control system that supports translational motion and attitude rotation control of the aircraft.
Basic Operation Instructions
Translational Control (Position Movement)
- Forward/Backward Translation: Controls the aircraft's forward/backward movement
- Up/Down Translation: Controls the aircraft's vertical ascent/descent
- Left/Right Translation: Controls the aircraft's lateral (side-to-side) movement
Control Logic: AG1 can switch between velocity control or acceleration control. The three axes correspond to target velocity or target acceleration, respectively.
Attitude Control (Rotation)
- Pitch: Controls the up/down tilt of the nose
- Roll: Controls the left/right tilt of the fuselage
- Yaw: Controls the left/right turning of the nose
Control Logic: Rotates around the three axes at a target angular velocity.
Braking System
- Brake: Brakes with a relatively high acceleration
Parameter Settings Explanation
Adjustable Parameters
- Maximum Acceleration (ACC_MAX): Limits the maximum acceleration during translational motion of the aircraft. Set by Slider1.
- Maximum Velocity (V_MAX): Limits the maximum velocity during translational motion of the aircraft (Velocity Control Mode only). Set by Throttle.
- Maximum Rotation Angular Velocity (K_A): Limits the maximum angular velocity during rotation of the aircraft. Set by Slider2.
Fixed Parameters
- Pitch Control Force (PAP): Control response strength for the Pitch axis. Set value: 10.
- Roll Control Force (PAR): Control response strength for the Roll axis. Set value: 10.
- Yaw Control Force (PAY): Control response strength for the Yaw axis. Set value: 10.
Note: The PAP/R/Y parameters control the magnitude of the control force for each rotation axis. A larger value results in a stronger torque generated for the same input.
When using the core, please place it at the center of gravity to better balance the thrust.
