@Jumbus Go ceck out my 2 biplanes (I Need a boat that Is of similar era style). Like My Custom nation isn't too Rich yet so here are some parameters:
Lenght of 15-17m
Width of 5-7m
Needs be able carry 10 passengers at least and needs be under 550k in price.
Part count max 350
