@AstronautPlanes Some of these engines are underexpanded at SL. An underexpanded engine exhausts gasses that have a higher pressure than ambient, so an engine that is underexpanded at SL is inefficient whether it's being burned at SL or in a vacuum.
The only way these engines mentioned will have ideal expansion is if they are being burned in lower portions of Tydos' and Urados'atmospheres.Still, you've got some nice engines there:)

EDIT: Actually, because some of these engines are adapted to vacum, and others are made for flight in the atmosphere.
