This is a more realistic version of the CFM RISE open fan engine.
The idea of an open fan isn’t from yesterday, during the 70s, because of an oil crisis, engine manufacturers had to find a more efficient engine, there was born the idea of the open fan. Then, during half a century, the idea was left behind… then, CFM had the idea to use this technology as a new engine, as efficient as a turboprop, as powerful as a turbofan. This engine is supported by airbus who uses wind tunnels on reduced versions and equip one of their A380s with this engine to test the performance.
AG 1 is engine activation
AG 2 is deploy reversers
