Like its XIA-10 sibling, the XIA-11 is powered by a set of powerful Ion engines. This impressive vessel can reach any planet in the system and still have enough fuel to make a trip back to Droo. But this particular variant, besides the closed winged design, also features adjustable engines. If you need the power to take off from Tydos, you can utilize the inner and outer Ion engines. Once you reach orbit, you can deactivate the outer engines and run the rest of the way on the inner engines alone, allowing you to conserve energy on your long voyage.
