Arda Command Chip Mk.2

An improved version of the stock (and previous Arda Command Chips):

• 15 Activation Groups
  (5 less than previously for easier AG panel use on mobile screens
• PID is tweaked for heavier craft (You can stil change it back in flight mode)
• Slightly thicker for better visibility on craft
• RCS off-at-start by default
• Higher temperature and Heat Shield tolerance

IMPORTANT! If your craft oscillates too much during flight, lower the Autopilot Derivative PID to less than 40 to an amount you feel works better for your craft. If you encounter any issues during flight or experience any glitches in any mode, I suggest you use a stock chip since this one uses a lot of XML.
