Karate Kick on a Sunday Rover

Seen someone who I call a friend and a teacher perform a Karate Kick on a Sunday. Making this rover triggered this memory.
I seen a man on a Sunday yeah after a Sunday church small crowd we sat and laughed and talked about things how it was sunny with rain clouds around. Of future things and guessing about what might be.
Then as we were laughing away this man walks in and says Hello I seemed to notice nobody else had seen him only me or maybe could see him. He said calm down everything here is under control. I asked him about the weather and who's in control of it today? He said come with me I'll show you something.
Outside I gained understanding very quickly and I understood him very well so after that we went back inside.
He told me of things to say things and to repeat which from the understanding I gained I did.
I don't remember everthing of what he said but I remember one day he said he would teach me again and that I would know it forever after that.
Where are you old friend it seems like so long since I've seen you but I thought I heard your voice again recently or not too long ago.
