Vera’s CM has 4 Retro-Rockets to slow down the capsule when landing on land, but they are not required if you’re landing in the water. for proper use of the Retro-Rockets, set them to full throttle when your altitude is 200–150 meters.

Every time I get close to orbit the capsule starts to spin when I fire the last 4 rockets
