Gear Shift 2.0

AG 3 to reduce gearing
AG 4 to increase gearing
AG 5 for parking brake

There are braking lights
remove them if you do not like (it's labeled)

To remove parking brake
remove the set labeled "Parking Break"
(drag the "on start" brick)
Then, swap the gear shift segment for the one below it
(drag the first "While True" brick)
