There are very few piston engines that exist here, and to my knowledge, only one actually uses pistons. This engine is a modernised engine with basic engine principles and an integrated crank. it isn't very stable, and RPM fluctuations are large (300RPM- 70). But this is just a proof of concept and the beginning of Kashmian Aerospace designing piston engines

This engine is still massive, needs a stable connection point and is nowhere near perfect. it stalls and reverses at a throttle of about <45, and breaks when slomo is active. I ran this at about 6 frames, so perhaps it only works with laggy creations idk. hopefully you enjoy.

@KashmianAerospace use FPS spike reduction to Aggressive to make 6 fps feel like 30fps by literally sharing your GPU performance
But it's unique that is doesn't need a starter! the engine naturally sags to the right, giving the pistons enough of a lever to start. If you are going to use the engine, remove the electric motor and connect your drive shaft to it.
