@Liftey. You can use anything from the craft you want for inspiration for your plane. And you may try using the flaps (Slider 1), to get it to take off. The plane also needs to reach its top speed in the water of around 50-55 m/s (if I remember correctly) before it can take off.

I like the design of the craft, but I unfortunately haven't managed to get it to take off from the water. Also do you mind if I take inspiration and make my own seaplane?
Forgot to mention that the props usually explode when going over 200 m/s. Sorry.
