Here is my Custom Soyuz rocket and Capsule, with a working LES and is orbit/docking capable.
How to activate LES: Activate “ABORT” Activation Group, and once clear of rocket or out of solid fuel, activate “Abort Stage 2”. This will separate the Soyuz spacecraft into three parts, the middle being the Crew module. After this, activate “Abort Stage 3/chute”, which is the parachutes.

To activate the abort jettison, click the abort jettison activation group and activate the nose fairing at the same time.
