Update: UCI approval may be considered for new regulations and bans since 4-5 days ago. So, it may happen because of Factor's wild aero bike prototype who is ridden by Jake Stewart at the Critérium du Dauphiné. So, wheelset, frame design and regulations need to be reviewed at this time.
