The DuoStar is the two seat version of my SR-76 Darkstar V.2
It features: two functional cockpits with ejection seats, full fpv controls, beautiful interior (10+ hours of work), custom displays and programs, great lighting and organized theme. (This is by far my favorite rework, I love how the cockpit turned out)
All of the same features and functions as the SR-76 Darkstar V.2
Slider 1 - Canopy Open/Close
Slider 2 - Inlet Power/Fuel Save
How to use Autopilot / Fly:
Best in First Person View (Hit C)
First, enable APU, set MFDs to preferred programs.
Set inlet to "Power"
Enable Engines
Enable switches "AP Power, Keep, Roll" to maintain heading and power gyro.
AP Speed will open a menu when enabled, in this menu, type a number only for set speed in meters/s (I want to go 1,700m/s, enter "1700" ---> Enter.
AG 6 - Taxi Mode - Enables front wheel turning. (DISABLE BEFORE TAKEOFF)
AG 7 - Eject! Both canopies jettison, both seats rocket out and parachutes deploy automatically to keep your pilots safe!
Scramjet:
Set inlet to "power"
Throttle up to 100%, keep engines active also.
Use for speeds above Mach 5.
Do not use on takeoff/landing/or below 15000km, flight becomes very unstable.
BUG FIXES:
Fixed the overheating issue! Maintained 2500m/s at 5000 meters alt for 10 minutes with 200% heat damage and 0 parts were damaged at several thousand degrees.
Passenger ejection seat can be buggy depending on speed. Working on fix still
My next build is going to be the U2 Dragonfly, my goal is sustaned flight at 85,000ft. Same great interiors as always!
