It was designed to fulfill the company's needs for its Twilight series of weather satellites. It is made up of Oblivion S-1, Oblivion S-2, Oblivion S-3 and a monopropellant Oathkeeper Post Boost Stage. It can launch roughly 2000kg to a 460km by 462km SSO.
