Su-28 is a Soviet training aircraft based on the Su-25 attack aircraft . The T-8-UT project was developed in 1981 to replace the Czechoslovak L-39 Albatros trainers in the VVAUL . The first flying model was created on the basis of the Su-25UB in June 1987, and in August the aircraft made its first flight.
