TO THE DEPTHS OF SPACE WE GO

Exylon Aerospace debuted its space agency with its first deep-space probe, VISION.

WHAT IS VISION?

VISION is a spacecraft focused on analyzing and studying the innermost terrestrial planet, Vulco.
Half of Vulco's surface is covered in molten rock due to its tidally-locked orientation around the main star, making it a unique point of interest on the planet. The spacecraft was launched in 2023 on an Aries-1 superheavy lift launch vehicle, propelled by the HETS (High Energy Transfer Stage) after separation from the second stage. The spacecraft then coasted until it reached Vulco and performed its capture burn, after which it remained in an elliptical orbit around the planet, providing critical data on its composition and geology.

Exylon Aerospace provided the spacecraft bus, manufactured in Australia, while the scientific instruments were provided by Void Aerospace and are shown below:

This mission, by far, is the most successful for Exylon Aerospace as the spacecraft not only met the expectations but exceeded them, being able to study the interior and analyze the composition of the planet.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

There is a problem when you reach Stage 12 without turning on AG1, as it destroys some instruments. So, before activating Stage 12, ensure AG1 is turned on.

This entire mission is inspired by two things:
1. Aries-1 is inspired by the real Ariane 6
2. VISION is inspired by the MESSENGER Spacecraft
