Goal: Launch this device
on earth orbit with peregeliem not below 70 and appogeliem not more 120 as can be cheaper ( accounted for the price (with piggy Bank in game) your installations not counting my apparatus )
Restrictions: you cannot use the "Tinker panel" menu
you can't change my device
you can't use mods
you can't use bugs etc.
