The KA-2-M variant uses 2 Triton H-2 gas generator engines and 2 Hawk 793 SRBs on the Kirin first stage and a single Iris H-2V hydrolox electric pump-fed engine on the Ajax (A.H.U.S-9) upper stage. The KA-2-M variant also uses a standard 13.5m fairing and can take 23.5 tonnes to LEO.

There is a slight code issue where the first stage throttles to 30% after passing 45km in altitude, it can be fixed either by throttling back up or by removing that part of the code
