Carek/Derek/Apoxin1.1 [Cacus 1]

This new program will be known as the Cacus program. (Not caucus)

Cacus is a Greek/Roman mythological figure known as a fire spewing giant.

I like him, as rockets are practically fire spewing giants.

But I went for a C flipped 90° as an engine spewing fire.

The logo is the first picture.

The first mission is already ready.

It consists of a Luna impactor and a Luna orbiter.

The impactor’s name is Carek. The orbiter’s name is Darek.

The launch vehicle is known as the Apoxin 1.1.

The payload has a total cost of $98k and the Apoxin 1.1 (with the payload) is $17.6m.

The impactor has the sole purpose of creating a very (and I do mean very) deep hole for future manned missions to be able to reach the fancy moon water deep down below.

The orbiter is there to track the location of the impactor until it’s last moments so we know where to land in future missions.

It will also take very zoomed in photos of the crater.

But don’t get me wrong, it’s just a missile and a camera.

Informally known as space trünk and space sticc.

The Apoxin 1.1 has a reusable 3rd stage. Stages 1, 2 and 4 are all expendable.
