This beast is able to get a few tons to LDO and return to the runway and be recovered whilst being fully stock without the use of the tinker panel.

To get off the runway burn a bit with the mages then try getting as high and as fast as possible just with the jet engines before switching the mages back on to get the rest of the way to orbit.
This plane is unstable whilst fully fueled aswell as with empty tanks, meaning this plane has to be flown with care all the way through the flight.
Note: it will not survive reentry with heat damage on so make sure to turn it off when reentering.
