You have to control the falcon 9 manually only the landing is automatic
Turn off the falcon 9 booster engines at 57% fuel then activate stage two
If the landing leg deployed early it’s not a problem all the activation groups are labeled

@Soyuzfairings500 by landing system, you mean landing legs? If you are talking about the vizzy, it is quite outdated. But you can use the landing legs as long as you give me credits.

@SmarsoAreo somehow I found it may have something wrong in landing(in throttle setting,so,I build a Falcon 9 with a differrent programe includ auto orbit and landing,(RSS ONLY,but if you only want to test thelanding,you can launch mannualy and active landing programe),would you like to try it?
