Easy 4 Satellites Lightning Delivery and Methalox Lander

Talk about what you want for a planet or moon now that you just successful orbit and now you saved your location but what to launch so that you can get everything done in one shot. This vehicle is the answer. I doubled 4 different satellites with various roles and then even put a lander with the fairing to help you get down to the surface while everything else stays in orbit.

Activation Groups and Controls

AG1 : Cargo Bay Doors

AG2 : Outer Ion Ring

AG3 : Middle Ion Ring

AG4 : ALL LIGHTS and Cam Control

Swivel Slider 1

Pitch Slider 2

Zoom Slider 3

AG8 : Landing Gear

AG9 : Solar Panels

AG10 : RCS

Warnings

I WOULD RECOMMEND SHORTENING THE SAVE NAME IT HELPS WHEN TRYING TO DOCK WHILE IN ORBIT! Outside docking ports are Manual release the satellites inside the cargo bays are staged to let the left side go first. USE TRANSLATION MODE FOR BEST RESULTS WHEN RELEASING SATELLITES! Meant to launch in vacuum orbit.

@DrooMulticompany That's all good. One heck of a list by the way I'm just going over my layouts and fixing the way it all looks from now on :)

@DrooMulticompany I must know you from somewhere who is this really?

@SamTheFox there is no need for lights outside of the rocket in space; it’s either all ran by computers or (in the event of a problem) a person will do it, but the craft WILL be visible either way

@SamTheFox @DrooMulticompany In real life or on this program the actual craft does better in full vacuum and is just to orbit. When you launch from the surface of earth you have to slow down midway up I believe if you control the heat with the throttle it will get into orbit just fine. Not sure if time warp will rip off the outside satellites but you should be okay. Let me know.

@SamTheFox Hundreds of Kilometers??? I don't think you'll rendezvous with a separation that far. When it come to activating the satellites as you orbit you can do it pretty easy actually.

@DrooMulticompany Who says they aren't supposed to be mounted that way I placed each one carefully so each set can be ejected or basically put into service you can switch over to the satellite activate it and switch back to the main craft if you do it right.

    yes,
but we’re talking about in real life :/

    2.2 years ago

@SamTheFox because they don’t actually render from that far. SimpleRockets2 would be a lot harder to run if everything was constantly loaded in

FYI: that’s not how satellites go on a rocket

@SamTheFox Does it seem like you can't see the satellite or the craft in the pictures?
