The ninth generation of the IXR-2 launch vehicle is a 2 stage expendable hydrolox rocket, with 2 SRBs on the first stage, capable of 60 tonnes to LEO.
The first stage uses 2 high efficiency gas generator engines and the upper stage uses 2 medium efficiency (for the type of engine they are) electric pump-fed engines, as is the standard for most modern IXR launch vehicles, The first stage also uses 2 Hawk 2140 SRBs, again as standard for a large number of IXR launch vehicles.
