APK-03 Rocket Pod (x4) [GEN 4]

The largest size of rockets in the Advanced Precision Kill Rocket series, these APK-03's carry quite the punch, and are comparable to very small AGM's. Just one is all you need to wipe out any light target; even medium targets are not safe! It is also relatively cheap too, at around $50k. And despite their simplistic and generic look, rest assured this was a purposeful design choice to reduce part count as much as possible, improving cpu performance for users and ensuring smoother, more uniform gameplay.

These rockets are packed in a 4-slot pod, that has ejectable aerodynamic fairings that reduce aerodynamic drag, just slightly though. The pod is also quite heavy, weighing in excess of 1000Ibs. This makes the pod suitable for large payload subsonic attack aircraft that do not really need to go fast and instead would rather opt for fire power and flexibility.

These rockets have a range of 10km and should be used against ground targets. Also be sure to lead the rockets adequately, as their fins are quite small

Finally, always save to subassemblies, and drag from there onto pylons on your jets. if you need more pods, ALWAYS DRAG FROM SUBASSEMBLIES; DO NOT DUPLICATE OR COPY PARTS AS IT WILL BREAK THE GUIDANCE AND FIRE CONTROL CODE.
