Auto Credit Based on Pedro's Hover tech proof of concept

So as SCTS Officials noticed in several experiments on several systems they noticed a fatal flaw a fatal error on some moons, comets, and asteroids, it seems as though whatever landed could not keep itself down!
It happened on DEIMOS, PHOBOS, they were first
then it was TETHYS, MIMAS, IAPETUS,
and even ENCELEDUS just to name a few of the ones
that exist in every SINGLE RSS Solar System!!!
Who knows a Rogue body near YOU could have this
SAME Gravity Rating which is just 0.2 or LESS!!!!
Now our scientist went just totally batty looking over different ones that had RCS and other things on the craft all too expensive and offered no real solution to the problem of running out of RCS Propellant when parked for long stays no they had nothing. Down to the vaults the scientists went and they put together this...this monstrosity. She started out small and grew quickly suddenly one of the scientists leapt up from his chair Test this try it on top and the sides we will see what works. So they did and so it was done they went forward and finally gave us this back claiming that they had indeed solved the problem.
Just turn on the Artificial Gravity on the side and it should stay down after you get it stable on the ground we took it to the nearest moon and well I'm glad to inform you that this project will now receive it's funding from the SCTS Owner CEO yes the ol' Captain himself is eager to hear from you and wonders what you mad mad scientists will cook up out of this project now that first phase is COMPLETE.

@SamTheFox yeah that's not the issue on the planets or moons with 0.1 gravity or less the problem is the gravity and having something operate or work that keeps the vehicle stable and down on the surface RCS is still on this one to help kick it back down to the surface. After that the new system of spinning gyroscopes on the corners keeps the craft on the surface without RCS.
The planets are like this and the lightest has the huge issue besides gas giants.
