The A(MP)-2 is a light attack aircraft based on the MP-2 by the I.A.P.A. Although the base MP-1 and MP-2 only served to 2013, the A(MP)-2 is designed to sevre until 2050 and designed to replace light attack aircraft like the Cessna A-37 Dragonfly, which is a aging plane (the A-37 entered service in 1967).
Modifications: the A(MP)-2 had some modifications, including receving a afterburning Minotaur engine, slats, fully moving elevators for pitch and roll, a tailhook for carrier ops or short landings and CCIP (Constantly Computed Impact Point aka Ballistic computer)
Weapons: this plane can carry 5 tonnes of bombs/rockets. The plane now only has 8 GP 500kg (ish) bombs.
