@SpaceChimp1 in the xml code there is a section of every part for the price. You can change it to 0 or even make it in the negatives. He must have done that to every part.

That explains it then. Why he did it to the engines to make the lengthened "laser beam" and then the rest to support the gargantuan piece. Still I saw his pic in the water and dont believe it could float.
