Flight:

  1. Slider 1 up
  2. Lock pitch to 90 degrees
  3. Turn off RCS via 0
  4. Stage, activate 1 and full throttle
  5. Use roll to roll craft to correct heading.
  6. Slider 1 to 50% and set pitch 45 degrees
  7. Slider 1 0% and set pitch 20 degrees
  8. Accelerate to 800m/s at 15km
  9. Stage and press 2 to activate rockets
  10. Pitch up to 30 degrees
  11. Turn off jets at 25km
  12. Raise apoapsis to 60km
  13. Throttle down
  14. Circularize

Remember to quicksave often.
