The first stage uses 2 staged combustion hydrolox engines and 2 Hawk 2140 SRBs. The upper stage is the 4th generation of the A.H.U.S (Advanced Hydrolox Upper Stage) which uses 2 electric pump-fed hydrolox engines.
The IXR-2X-B can take 57.5 tonnes to a 150km orbit costing just $773.91/kg
