SEAR (Southeast Asian Rocket) is a fictional medium-lift launch vehicle series produced by the SEAR Organization formed by 5 Southeast Asian countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Thailand) in 2024.
The main reason SEAR was formed was as a further step towards developing a space program in Southeast Asia, from launching communications satellites to space observation, from one's own country without the need from another country.
SEAR TWO is SEAR's second Launch Rocket series since 2036. The first stage part of the rocket comes from the enlarged and re-engineered SEAR ONE, and the upper stage rocket was developed from scratch specifically for the SEAR TWO.
