GRUMMAN F-14D TOMCAT VX-9 VAMPIRE

After months not uploading something, I back from the death.

This meant to be halloweeen special craft but I delay the project so much and turns out I upload this at 5th of November, happy halloween :3

Anyway here's the update from previous F-14.

• New livery, based on VX-9 Vampire squadron and also my favorite F-14 livery

• New cockpit layout

I also replaced the astronauts with tourists. Because astronauts looks so fat.
• New armaments layout, consisting of:
- 1x 2000 lb class Mark 84 JDAM on right front belly hardpoint.
- 1x GBU-24 Paveway III on left front belly hardpoint.
- 2x AIM-88 HARM on nacelles hardpoints. In real life, a test conducted where an F-14 carrying AIM-88 HARM and this AGM never adopted to service using F-14 as the carrier.
- 2× AIM-120 AMRAAM on wing glove hardpoints. This also never adopted into service, but some F-14 equipped with AMRAAM for testing.

• Vizzy update, here's a list where some vizzy are updated.
- Updated weapon launching vizzy, and there are some dialogues when you launch weapon.
- Updated landing gear vizzy, now you can extend or retract manually and merged landing gear and landing gear door into a single activation group.
- Removed auto-leveling vizzy, it literally have no use.
• improved wings shape, now wings no longer cliping to the fuselage when swept back and editing some invisible wings to fix the CoL.
- Removing glove vane, because it F-14A exclusive.
- Edited the amount of fuel and engine power to make it more matched to it's real-life counterpart.
And many minor updates that not too significant or I just forgot about it.

VX-9 VAMPIRE

Air Test and Evaluation Squadron Nine (VX-9), originally Air Development Squadron Five (VX-5) was commissioned on 18 June 1951 at Naval Air Station Moffett Field with 15 officers, 100 enlisted men, and 9 Douglas A-1 Skyraider (formerly known as Douglas AD). The COMOPTEVFOR was assigned to develop and evaluate aircraft tactics and techniques for delivery of airborne special weapons. VX-5 have maintained many detachments, included: NAS Oceana (NAS Oceana also homebase of VF-84 Jolly Rogers.) Naval Weapons Evaluation, NAS Whidbey Island and NAS Sanford. In July 1956 VX-5 moved to the Naval Air Facility at China Lake as an independent tenant command. In June 1993, VX-4 and VX-5, merged and renamed into VX-9 (because well... you know 4+5=9). And permanent F-14 detachment were to be located at VX-4 base, at NAS Point Mugu. Until the retirement of Tomcat, the squadron have 4 F-14As, 3 F-14Bs, and 4 F-14Ds at NAS Point Fugu. Today VX-9 operated 12 aircraft at NAS China Lake including Boeing F/A-18E Super Hornet and Boeing EA-18G Growler.
