    @Awsomur A fairing base only attaches to the bottom of most parts, so try removing a part, putting a fairing base down, and then putting said part back. Dunno if I explained that well.

    Might I suggest using Fairings? They're a little tricky to use at first, but once you know how to use them they can greatly improve a rocket's aesthetics and aerodynamics.
