Weltraum Korps’ first addition to the CSS III, the EN-003A2-001 “Reaktions Radmodul” is a state of the art Reaction Wheel hub for fine attitude changes across all 3 axes. This payload rides on the back (or, perhaps more appropriately, on the nose) of WK’s first official and functional prototype SSTO, the Seehund (Seal). This even more advanced launch system-in-development is capable of autonomously delivering payloads to just a few dozen meters of a perfect 75km circular orbit. The launcher uses a singular propellant type for both RCS and main propulsion, and also launches and lands in the water, enabling safe recovery and relaunching.
