This the fourth iteration of the F-104BI and a big step up compared to all previous versions.
HISTORY:
A few years after the introduction of the F-104BI-C, providing great balance between power and versatility, the NSAF decided to accept a proposal from the aircraft manufacturer @JotaVe to enhance further its capabilities.
The F-104-D was born as a way to extend the lifespan of the F-104BI Starfighter for many years to come. The testing phase spanned from 1963 to late 1964 and the first F-104BI-Ds entered service in early 1965.
DETAILS:
The F-104BI-D incorporates innovative features such as a mid-air refueling probe,larger wingtip fuel tanks, a new braking input system for the airbrakes and improved avionics making It way more capable. This iteration comes equipped with new more advanced missiles. The missiles in question are the AIM-2A Hypersonic missiles by AlphaSpaceTechnologies, with a top Speed of mach 6 and a smaller less heavy body making them perfect for the 6x hardpoints of the F-104. The Vulcan 20mm cannon from AlphaSpaceTechnologies has also received an improved cover making It less draggy for the aircraft.The F-104BI-D Is also a record setter as it's the first long range interceptor to have a max range of 2500+km in the DROO WARFARE ROLEPLAY making this an extremely important asset for long range missions. Aerial refueling can extend this already absurd range making this jet a Marvel of the 60s.
TO KEEP IN MIND:
Brake automatically activates the airbrakes when held fully.
The plane Is stable in Flight but might roll a bit to the side on take-off likely because of my missile placement so stay careful! And maybe rearrange missiles.
The cannon Is activated easily w the cannon AG.

Guys if It rolls at take-off it's my fault I placed the missiles a bit too fast and they not distributed equally weight whise...Just moove them if they aint placed well.

if you guys are interested on what am i cooking, there are some real cool crafts, a heavy bomber and a transport gyrodine bigger than any rotorcraft ever built. the next ones to be released will be my new civilian cargo hauler and if @Lq11 finishes the carrier i will maybe make a recon aircraft. mm what more… idk

well that sounds fair to me, mach 3 i just a joke for me to intercept, i will not take any action unless it somehow becomes dangerous, ill just remind you that the HF-01S is faster than most missiles out there, and flies higher, i think you guys dont want me to improve it further.

@BeaconIndustries he surely cannot fight with the F-04, i mean, it is impossible to carry that amount of missiles, that fast and with that maneuverability, i can literally dogfight missiles
