A Soyuz TMA replica I've been working on, but I don't think I'd be able to create a 100% replica of one.
Orbital module and Descent module are connected with docking ports, I don't remember why I did that; and Descent module and Service module are connected with an interstage. The descent module also has a heat shield, so the staging is pretty complete (never tested in orbit though).
Most of the parts are fully decorational and do not serve any purpose. The solar panel array folds/unfolds/rotates with sliders, but it's unfolded by default so you won't be able to cram it inside a fairing; replace it with a regular solar panel array to launch it inside a Soyuz rocket.
