Project Phoenix is a heavy rocket project started by Eclipse Aerospace. Still remember Phoenix Superheavy? That was terrible. So this is an improved version of Phoenix Superheavy--Phoenix II. According to tests, it can get over 500 tonnes of payload into Low Earth Orbit in RSS (An entire SimpleHeavy and a bit more!), or over a thousand tonnes to Low Droo Orbit. It's expensive, but it has got the performance you need to sholve even the heaviest cargo to orbit.
